Where are we?

The range is located amongst some breathtaking scenery between Kelty and Kinross. You may even see a pair of buzzards and occasionally a sea eagle soring above the hill.

The targets are on the west side of Benarty Hill and can be easily seen from the M90 just north of Kelty, just look for the numbers on the side of the hill.

When are the meetings?

We shoot throughout the year on either a Saturday or a Sunday. With our new covered firing point, shoots can continue, even in the rain.

How long has the range been there?

The range has been there a long time. It was first used in 1873 by the 1st Kinross Rifle Volunteers.

It was used in the 1940's as a Home Guard range and has been in almost continual use since then.

Who are we?

A small, friendly, target shooting club who use the Blair Adam Range in Perthshire.

What do we do?

We make holes in paper targets. Club members use a wide variety of calibres and equipment ranging from antique blackpowder rifles to target rifles and stalking rifles.

Range Dates for 2011/12 Please be at the range by 10:30. We shoot until 15:00
